Welcome to my DM Fitness & Massage Website!
I am a nationally qualified and professionally registered Sports Massage Therapist with many years experience in professional sport and will be available for treatments at a bespoke new clinic on the edge of Delamere Forest at Manley Common.
In addition to my sports massage qualifications and experience I am also a Personal Trainer with specialisation in fitness for Senior Adults and a fully UEFA qualified football coach who has worked at the highest level in professional football for Liverpool FC, Inter Milan and Valencia CF.
I take pride in helping clients from all walks of life, ranging from elite athletes to those who are less physically active. I believe in providing all clients with a professional service starting with a 15 minute first consultation to assess and prioritise their needs.

The Clinic
The new Cheshire Wellness clinic is located in Manley Common on the edge of Delamere Forest in a quiet rural setting. The premises are completely new with excellent treatment facilities and parking on-site.
There is a welcoming reception area and outside patio.
The Treatments
Massage treatments include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage and Dry Cupping.
